Approach on energy-conservation

Daisho Denshi Co., Ltd. puts priority on productive activities that are community-based, complying with regional environment rules, and has focused on environment-friendly manufacturing.
Under the ISO14001 program, we are starting with reduction of electricity used for lightning, and have conducted energy-saving measures such as electric energy reduction through consolidation of low energy operating rate equipment and large motor inverters.

Industry’s first ISO14001 acquisition - Iwate Plant

Iwate factory introduced a solar cogeneration system in July 2001, and advanced further, expanding activities including energy reduction (electric power usage), CO2 emissions reduction, and the economic effect.
In addition, Iwate plant received the award in recognition of factory energy management in the Tohoku district seven-prefecture energy conservation convention held on February 25, 2002. We continue our energy conservation activities to raise the bar further with individual employee awareness in upcoming years.

Tochigi plant reduces carbon dioxide by using liquefied natural gas LNG

Tochigi plant has achieved environment friendly status mainly through the reduction of waste and recycling of product activities. After the new factory was dedicated in August 2006, Tochigi plant incorporated an LNG cogeneration system in March 2008. We continue further expanded activities including energy reduction (Electric power usage) and CO2 reduction in addition to our established environment friendly activities.
