Guidelines for Corporate Ethics

Daisho Denshi Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter Daisho Denshi) conduct business in alignment with the requirements of society as a corporate member of society. Along with the unwavering intention to promote sound business operations, we are constantly mindful of fulfilling corporate social responsibilities based on a clearly defined fundamental approach to compliance with laws and regulations and corporate ethics.
Daisho Denshi has established the following universal guidelines for compliance by all of our company officers and employees toward the objective of securing the widespread trust and confidence of society.
We are committed to high ethical standards that underpin our efforts to engage in all of our many business operations with integrity and fairness.

1. We will be unceasing in applying high ethical standards and implementing corporate management that
　 stresses compliance as we strive to fulfill our corporate social responsibilities.
2. We will contribute to the development of a better future for our customers and for society at large by
　 providing safe, high-quality products that incorporate outstanding technology and services
　 grounded in a wealth of experience.
3. We will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society by engaging in ongoing assertive efforts to
　 prevent load on the global environment caused by our business operations, products and services to
　 the extent possible.
4. We will endeavor in our role as a good corporate citizen to make a broad contribution to society through
　 means such as increasingly meaningful interaction with the global community and participation in social
　 and community service activities.
5. We will respect the human rights of all people. We will respect the diverse talents and skills and the
　 individuality of each of our employees and secure a safe and pleasant workplace environment that
　 motivates and enables each person to maximize their capabilities and realize their ambitions.
6. We will respect fair, transparent, and free competition as we engage in proper and reasonable business
　 transactions. We will also maintain sound and appropriate relations with respect to governmental and
　 administrative authorities.
7. We will never engage in relations or connections of any kind with antisocial forces and individuals that
　 threaten the order and safety of civil society.
8. We will endeavor to maintain and constantly improve a corporate governance system that is able to
　 effectively achieve the stipulations of these Guidelines for Corporate Ethics.
